An app that ranks third in the US can be invisible in Germany, and a listing is not one thing: it is one thing per market.
Applyra now treats it that way. Add an app with a country and a language, then add another pair for the same app, and each market keeps its own keywords, its own ranks and its own visibility score. Competitors work the same way, so your German competitor set can be completely different from your US one, which it usually is.
Each store decides what a market means. The App Store splits by country, Google Play by country and language, and the selectors follow each store's own rules rather than a common denominator that would be wrong on both.
Markets count like apps do against your plan, and the paid plan has no limit on either.
