NewAPI & MCP

ChatGPT, Claude and the API on the free plan

Free accounts now get the REST API and the MCP server with 50 requests a month, so ChatGPT, Claude or Cursor can read your rankings without a subscription.

Until now the REST API and the MCP server came with the Unlimited plan, so a free account stopped at the dashboard. That changes today: a free account can connect ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor or Codex to Applyra, or call the API from a script, with 50 requests a month.

What you have used shows up next to your other monthly allowances on the Subscription screen. The free plan limits apply through the API and the MCP server exactly as they do in the dashboard: one app, five keywords, one competitor, seven days of history, and the same monthly inspections, niche analyses, simulations and autocomplete queries. Your assistant works on what your account tracks, nothing more.

Connecting is the same as on any account:

  • ChatGPT and Claude: add Applyra from the Claude directory, or give ChatGPT the server URL, then sign in to Applyra and allow access.
  • Cursor, Codex, VS Code and other local clients: use the API key from the API section of the dashboard, which free accounts now have too.

The Unlimited plan keeps 10,000 requests a month with everything else unlimited, at $9.99 a month or $99.99 a year ($8.33 a month).
